Although this by no means excuses my actions I feel I need to fill you in on me and my life. I am one of the many that suffer with bad back, this is stopping me from working. Anyone that knows me know that I am not really as I have come across to you and I can only ask if we can draw a line under this and move on, but will understand if you all don't want to.
You call us a bunch of stuck up Pratt's and blame your health !!!!! i will have to remember that excuse,i think engage brain before operating mouth is more applicable don't you ? EDIT (or keyboard)

Geoff sir if you feel to think that I am using poor health then that is your prerogative but I am a lot of things but a liar I am not. Again if you can not or will not accept my apologies then I can only wish you well.

Pav I know the post you mention and it was my story on sharpening all of my chisels and plane blades, I can accept that knowing what other people get up to is not to everybody's enjoyment but I have always enjoyed seeing other peoples job.

Fair enough, but please try to think before your publish views online which may put others down, not everyone will know your reasons and we wouldn't want this place getting a bad name for nothing.

Cheers
Paul
Paul I agree with you and hope to earn everybody's respect further on.

Fair play to you mate for making a public apology but i am fairly certain most of us on here have been called a lot worse and nobody is going to lose any sleep over it , as has already been mentioned this is without doubt one of the friendliest forums i have ever been on and most of the people on here would not hesitate to help you out if they can (even though you are only a "pop gun" shooter  )

Geoff if you manage to go through life without feeling the same pain as I do, then count yourself very fortunate. Feeling the pain I am in on occasions even after morphine tablets and liquid makes me very crabby, and I have taken it out on my family let alone strangers.

Without wishing to sound too harsh. I'm sorry but playing the health card doesn't cut it.

I know for a fact that several of our members (they know who they are, but obviously won't come forward and broadcast their health issues) have poor health problems, but I don't see them going on about it, unless it's done in a humorous way.

I do fully sympathise with anyone in poor health, but I don't believe it excuses anyone from being unreservedly insulting toward others.

Anyhow, I think everyone knows where they stand at this point in time, so there's little point in going around the houses once again.
