When this type of charger is used to charge multiple lipo cells in series, it expects to see a balance cable connected from the battery to the charger as well as the normal positive and negative connections from the battery to the charger.
The balance cable is connected to each cell in the battery so that the charger can measure the voltage of each cell rather than just the total of all 3 cells, and if necessary, vary the charge between the cells so that they all charge equally.
This "balance charging" is common on the batteries used in RC cars, planes and helicopters which charge and discharge at much higher rates than we ever need
The El-wirecraft batteries don't have a balance cable so the charger thinks there's a broken or missing connection and consequently won't charge the battery.
I don't think there's anything you can do about it unless the charger will let you manually input the charge voltage and current.
If it will, then the absolute maximum charge voltage for the El-wirecraft battery is 12.6 volts and the maximum charge current is 1 amp
Hope that helps

Cheers
