I used to Drive for ESJ Walpole nearly five years back, but packed it in to bring up my Daughters and set up as wedding and portrait photographer before Arthitis put pay to it.

I am waiting on most of the parts to come in. I have a Pulsar Challenger DSA here so far, the rest is on the slow boat from china. I have still to order my Camera from 24sure, and the driver and Olson Black ir led. Once ordered they will still be here before the the order from China. I can't wait to get my teeth stuck in.

I know how you feel, my other half keeps nagging me for being on this site so much! Speak to Ian user name SikaStag ir.light.builds@gmail.com this guy gave me so much help and advice. I would highly recommend speaking to him before you buy. Also when you speak to sure mention this site and you will be given 10% off on the camera. Again I found the lady there very helpful and new what she was talking about. I ended up getting the EJ230 camera and the T20 IR light from Ian, so far I am very pleased with the results, you have to tinker about with the settings a little on the camera but that's so easy. I was worried about removing the ir filter from the camera but it took little effort and again was easy. I got a 5" screen from a uk seller which was a good pic but don't think it's the HD model, just waiting on one from China that is meant to be HD that looks like one from one of rolaids videos on YouTube.Digger wrote:Cheers Neil,

Most of the parts I have ordered have been from links found within the forum or from recommendation from fellow members in threads. Plus watching quite a few videos on YouTube. I am going to order an KPC-E700 which has had some good reviews here, it will be used along with a UF T20 illuminator and with a 5" monitor. There is one or two things I will need to get. Like a stock pouch for the battery. Some more plugs so I can custom make the cabling so it's just the right length to go where it is needed.
