He has a Congress made of the traditional ruling class who hate him as an usurper - his own party will not implement the major policies they campaigned on for the last 8 years because that would give him stature. I doubt any usurpation of power will be possible.
Obama also took plenty of holidays on the govt. dime, his wife and kids even more. Like Obama, if Trump goes on holidays he's not actively stirring up the world. Perhaps we should set up a go fund me account to pay for SS overtime so he can golf more.
