Thank's everyone here's some answers,yes it is 3x9x 40 does have paralex Niko sterling not expensive. Now how I intend mounting I will use either ally flat bar say 25mm x 6 x 30cm everything fixed to that rail and a fitting from that to mount on scope, or an ally tube instead of flat bar. I want the unit to atatch detatch as a one piece it looks like I can skimp on the screen maybe the illuminator needs to be fair £30'ish, but it looks like the camera is the key to everything working clear picture, range the whole can of beans so I guess it will have to be the e700 as it seems the cam of choice, hope that scratches your itch radagast . bodger
