Anybody going to the midland next weekend?

As above, Intending to go up on Sunday to look around. interested in scopes as ever but not really looking to spend any money.
Just going for a day out........... and will ebnd up with that elusive un needed bargain.

Did anybody else go ? I went yesterday as it is local for me, went with the intention of finding a demo HD38s to look through but no Thomas Jacks and no Scott Country there only stall I could find with a unit to view but no demo as there was no batterys and the proper demo unit was out was Swillingtons, Chris was very helpfull as always.

I was very surprised how small and light it is, pity I couldn,t find a demo there will have to try looking the end of the month as I am off for a week.

If this gamefair wasn't local to me it would be the last year I would go as I don't think there was as many stalls there and at £20 it isn't cheap

My post was from a year ago. To be honest you want to go to the shooting show in Feb. That is when you will get to play with all the toys.

your right just searched Midland didn't think to look at date, any way no Thermal to demo if anyone was thinking about it, to late now though as anybody going would be there by now

It's been a long weekend. But on the positive side, I have managed to concrete in the posts for one side of my new shed. That of course was the easy side. But even better I met a local landowner and provided his gamekeeper is ok with me then I might have access to 1200 acres for pest control.

Bet the game keeper decides he don't like me. Lol
