For sale new Pulsar Newton video recorder CVR640.
still in box with all the bits inc cable to fit Yukon photon. fits directly onto side rail of photon as well. first £90 inc delivery gets it.
Tried it in the house but not in the field, works just fine.i am selling it as i have decided to go a different route.

Hello, is it a real Yukon product, but not a Chinese copy one? (Most of these type of product I saw was all geniue one, this is the first one I meet which produced by a big brand). And what is the input type? Can I use it on a normal camera with AV out? One more question, Does it also have a output signal? I mean I want to monitor the image of what is recording at the same time.

It is a real Newton/pulsar made in Belarus, check out the links in my post for all the details,im afraid i cannot answer your video questions, all i know is that on the box it says connects to all yukon/pulsar digital units. Definatley not chinese copy ! it cost me £121 from the above link a few months ago.

I have one of these DVRs, so hopefully can answer your questions
These DVRs are unique to Yukon/Pulsar, as far I'm aware there are no chinese copies of this particular type of DVR
The video in put is for standard CVBS signals. The input is via a 3.5mm jack socket, but the unit comes with an adaptor cable with a jack plug at one end and a phono plug at the other end.
It will record from the AV out on a normal camera - assuming you have a cable for your camera with a phono socket on 3.5mm jack plug at one end.
The DVR does not have an AV out - only AV in, but a simple one in/two out phono connector splitter would allow your video source to be connected to both the DVR and an external monitor at the same time.
