which of the above? going to order a mamba online tonight and i am after peoples thoughts!
i am used to the german ret as i have that on a few of my scopes but i am wondering if the scb ret offers any advantages? it will be on a hmr.

I wouldn't have thought the SCB ret would be much advantage for trajectory on an HMR if you stick to sensible ranges, but might be handy for drift and it isn't too cluttered as to be a pain.
Resale value, if you ever do want to change it is liable to be better with a graduated reticle as it will appeal to a wider range of shooters.
Me, I'd go for the SCB.

4-16x50 is the pick of the bunch, don't like the 6-24x56, too eye fussy.
I find 14x perfect for hmr
