Unfortunately not, the drivers have no memory, they always fire up on high. My recommendation will be to switch it on pointing in the sky then two half presses to change to low before pointing at the floor. They would be better too if starting low and getting brighter but they do the exact opposite. I will have words with the Chinese and see if they can change it.

News on what? I have torches in stock and the 3 mode drivers will be here this week
Hi Mark, have I not asked nicely enough to receive such a curt reply?
Early in this thread I asked for your advice, you replied that the three mode jobby would be what I needed, I was merely asking how things were progressing.

Sorry, should have put a 'sorry' at the start of that, I know to you it's personal because you asked me something but please imagine how many questions and request's I get in a day, sometimes I need a little more detail to remind me ;)

Although it will do the job I wouldn't recommend a torch for that job, better off with a vehicle supplied lamp than a torch. But it's up to you?

Fair enough Mark.
So just to confirm then, when you are happy with the three mode drivers could you please give me the heads up? Just to nudge your memory, it was for photon and ns50/200 out to no more than hundred yards, for rat and rabbit work, so presumably t20 with 3 driver and a pressure switch, mount?
Cheers Jamie
