no m8 the holes on the front are further forward on the 808 I have a 808s here so looked at the pics and could plainly see it was the better one,i think that was a bit of mess up by the seller because the 808s is just over £100 and the 808 was £189 just had another look against others I was watching that have sold and I have 100% bought the 808 not the 808s

good buy mate I thaught the only way to tell was with the numbers 79073 could you please clarify the visual differences wold make it easier to spot 808 from 808s atb Tim

hi tim no worries if you look at the front plastic shroud that hold the lens and focuses the beam theres four small grub screws that hold it in place on the 808s they are nearer the focus locking ring on the 808 they are nearer the front infact not far from the lens m8 ive watched loads on ebay since buying a 808s and it seems that's best way to tell unless you can get the model number but when I have sent messages before they sell before you get a reply also the listing stated 808 not 808s
