That lens is a cs mount so wont need a spacer.

To remember it you have 'c' mount and 'cs' mount, 'cs' mount is 5mm nearer the lens therefore remember it as 'c short'

So when you fit a 'c' mount lens to a 'cs' mount camera you need a spacer.

Cheers Marky, is there any issue between the lens being suited for 1/3 ccd when the watec is a 1/2" ccd :?

All it means is the focal length won't be true, as in if set to say 50mm it should give you a say 5deg field of view but you only get a 4deg field of view. Got it?

There used to be lots of sqabbils on here because I used 1/3" format lens on a 1/2" camera. Makes no difference works just as well.
