As there are so many variables of what can be upgraded depending on what the member already has or wants, and what they want it for, short of listing how many of each component I have available now or due to arrive and its price and customised power level, I can't think of how else to list the options without doing them as individual posts which would be very unfair and just spam up the section which I wont do.
I can't think of how to best re-word it just now, so It might be best to just use the options in my signature instead of a sales thread/post.
Many a shooter has bought a P60/501B torch of some kind in the past before consigning it to a cupboard because it wasn't up to shooting roles in its standard reflector and flat lens form and would rather upgrade it than buy a replacement if the parts are known about and available. I'm a fan of that torch because of its compact size and versatility in that different colour drop in modules can be dropped in it in seconds on a cold dark night. I find that it does all I need it to within air rifle and practical rimfire ranges.
Another of its blessings for many of us is that it is a simple point and shoot torch rather than one that gets to be messed about with sometimes. I also like point and shoot rifle-scopes with no focus or PX to faff about with getting it just so before I take a shot. I also like sensible shoes but that's another story.
Nobody in the UK makes or supplies upgrade components for this torch and after sourcing upgrades from around the world I decided to buy a lathe and make some upgrades for it myself, specifically designed for the lamping and night vision shooting community.
Over the past few weeks I have sold more than anticipated across the forums and a not surprising common theme has been that many night shooters undertake their NV shooting in a similar way that I mostly use NV. That is using the pocket size 501b visible red LED hand held torch for spotting suitable eyeshine, then turn on the NV to get within range, correctly I/D it then shoot it.
A typical sale has often took several PM's initially asking what is ideal for their "night vision" - without specifying their particular application/gun/quarry etc. Then we get to the what have you got bit in another PM, then how much in another then, 'when' - then 'how' yada yada recurring.
So I'm putting this order form up here to make life simpler for both me and the buyer in a similar sort of way that is seen in sales threads on the CandlePowerForum etc if that is OK with the forum owners. I can also just post links to vids and photos once here rather than several times via PM.
I'm now out of torch hosts and some components such as drivers, brass pills etc which are due to arrive in about 10 days so am taking advance orders. There will be Hi/Med/Low power memory modes and fixed modes available in Infra red and visible red formats.

While most on here will know many of the aspects of different types of rig, newcomers to NV might benefit from quite basic points to note.
As dedicated digital rigs like the new Photon or the N550 don't have to throw extra light out front to compensate for light losses in passing the many lenses and small exit pupil of a day scope, we don't need to throw as much light towards the quarry: So I can make them less powerful and more covert than illuminators used for rear mounted add-on rigs. The 1 watt eBay IR pill can be used with the standard reflector just blacked out and a 28mm aspheric lens from Deal eXtreme for the Photon if you have one - or I can supply the 1 watt in a brass pill - or an even more covert .7 watt IR LED and driver in a brass pill.
The Ahorton lens sits closer to the LED than the Deal eXtreme lens and grabs more of the light cone being emitted - so it's more powerful if you decide you want it.

Please indicate the the type of NV you want illumination for, and/or if you want visible red LED, and calibre/range potential to simplify things at the outset, what is currently in your existing 501b torch if you have one and what you would like to be able to drop into it, and if you want a host body as well as the upgrades, and if you want Hi/Med/Low power memory modes or single power, or a brass pill with a spacer or the one piece module.
