I've got one here that you can have for free.

It's from a Canon high-end video camera. Has a ribbon connector, but I'm afraid that I can't help you with the wiring layout.

I have an evf with wiring.

Can't remember what I paid for it bit it is simple to wire up and is 5v, I used a USB to drop 12v to 5v
