hello

Post by Bert 63 » 04 Jun 2024, 20:32

Hello new to this forum.
I recently had a problem squirrel that got into the loft, so I had to get out the air rifle HW100 177 but found that it had a cylinder leak. I managed to get that repaired and subsequently dealt with the squirrel this has Prompted me to get back into some farm yard rating after about six years.
Back then I had a homemade night vision kit which seemed to work OK but nothing compared to what I have recently seen that's available, so I've been looking at the part 007 V, the Hick micro apex basic version, or the arken Zulus 3 by 20 as the pard is the cheapest I'm not sure if it's going to be any good with my existing scope hawk panorama with the front parallax, can anyone advise me to help decide which of these I should purchase.
thanks in advance Burt

Welcome to the forum , Ideally you want the lowest mag you can get for rat shooting , and most of the Hawks are fine with the Pards as long as the scope has parallax it should be fine and if getting the Pard go for the 12mm lens not the 16mm bit of reading for you HTH
