Anyone use CDSG LTD?

Post by sunndog » 25 Aug 2021, 22:12

Just tried to buy some stuff and on the payment screen the only option seems to be paypal and it takes me to a suspect looking page I've never seen from paypal before.
Might be a glitch and I'll try again on a pc but are they a reputable company? I've seen the name around but can't recall anyone mentioning using them

I'd never use them again, ordered bullets and dies etc, paid for it all and waited until I got fed up not having received anything, to be told the bullets were in customs awaiting clearance, and they only send order when it's all in :wtf:
I got them to send the dies etc that were in stock and said I'd wait for the bullets, well I got pissed off waiting months for bullets that obviously were not in the country, and finally got them to swap bullets to different ones that were in stock.
Never again

I have used them but make sure what ever you want is in stock, as sometimes the Web page shows in stock when they are not, as I asked for a refund once, as I was fed up of waiting, but other than that I have had no problems, with them.

Same here, got fed up waiting for bullets. But to be fare to them they did contact to say they would be a while and asked if I wanted a refund, so thats what happened.

Same as above sadly, waited couple of months for some Redding stuff and powder a while back, asked where it was to be told it was delivered 10 days ago as per shipping notification. No notification was ever received, was allegedly signed for by me (wasn't), said no, I haven't had it and didn't sign for it, so where is it?? at which point bloke got pissy...

Would never order anything from them that wasn't 100% in stock and tbh try to avoid if poss - rather pay the Brownells premium and know Ill get the stuff these days! Sadly in my experience its not just CDSG that are like this, had shit service from most of the bigger online UK companies

I've never had a problem with Reloading solutions in Oxford, they dont take your money if it's not in stock and put on back order, which is how it should be, nothing worse than paying for goods you don't get for months on end, coupled with bs excuses
