a few years back he was trying to develop a 17 fireball mag conversion for a customer, but he was having a few probs with it feeding properly. can't remember what rifle it was tho. i sent him some pics of my Rem 700sps that has a little ramp in the breech that helps it feed smoothly from the standard floorplate mag system
was thinking of having mine done but never got round to asking him if he'd sussed it out
