Any one having a meet?
If not who'd be interested in one?

Im not saying im going to do one but id not mind going to one tho........if no one else is doing one and there is enough interest i may do one but as it stands there is not much new toys to see....correct me if im wrong.

Ok can get me hands some new illuminators but thats about it really i own nothing diffeernt and only know of a couple new units.


So the next question to ask is there any retailers on here who have something to show perhaps be it nv or thermal

That's actually not a bad idea. Perhaps it could be a night time event over 1 or 2 nights.

There could be a dark field for NV target shooting and testing. Suppliers could be invited to show new developments and sell a few bits.

A bit like the Boinger Bash on BBS.

Good idea from the both of you
Would also repeat the same idea for a N/V meet in south west Wales, how many interested forum members would want to make it happen somewhere around the Swansea area give or take a 50 mile radius or so ?. Another idea that might or might not be practical given that the arrangement time is very short etc.

The idea of a meet after the game fair has closed down on either or both evenings could give forum members a chance to meet other forum members from far and wide from around the country ? "May be a non starter because a lot of shooting people go to game fairs as a family unit for a day out etc. and also because of the traveling time needed to get home etc." Throw your thoughts into the melting pot, I think it would be well worth the effort to arrange something ???. Yes i'm sure we can all bring some good stuff along......thing is, where to do it ??? as UK is small....but not that small.

How about we all meet at the gun show next year, hire out a dark room and show each other our goodies

Im looking at an area around herts essex beds suffox london moddlesex etc im not looking have an event more than say 1 1/2hours away

And not paying to have to kip or go to a show.....just a diy event like ive done for the last 2 3 years

Last years venue was brilliant Theo..... good of you to arrange it and it was very obliging of the local foxes to keep us entertained by turning up on a regular basis through the evening.... how much did you have to pay them?

I feed them on a regular basis,,,,,,,,just a patch of land i dont have time to visit but when i do its plentiful, have smashed so many on there but i do leave them be most of time as they dont cause a problem
