You WANT a IR filter? Why?
Most of us are glad to see the back of them!

Hi Paul , I want to incorporate one into a removable lens cover for daytime shooting .
I did take mine out and tried to super glue it to a lense cover but the glue must have soaked in between the coatings and dried "fogging" the lense.
So lession learned don`t use super glue

.
Cheers,
Steve.

I cant compare the E700 build to any of the others because i have never looked through them but using a T20 with the E700 i can see a lot further than i can shoot with my rimfires.
