hi guys bought these as end of line, they are mobil chargers, will charge or drive any thing that can be pluged into usb socket of pc, I used one as back up for dvr, but also for mobil phone as a back up in case of emergency, they have inbuilt 5v out x1000mah lipo battery plus button on front that you press in to charge glows green when charging out when full
they have short usb to go to pc,, also usb out to connect to device, use you own mobil to pc usb lead to connect or your dvr/ laptop lead etc
