Have you considered under barrel mounts so there is no chance of light reflecting off the sound mod into the scope?

Have you also considered that adding anything to the barrel can upset the harmonics?

Have you also considered that if you use a decent torch the light doesn't hit the moderator?

I was told never mount any thing on the Barel. Not only it changes poi but also make the rifle unbalance.

HA ha, CAN upset the harmonics - but since the mount lives on the barrel it is still zeroed with it on and takes seconds to mount the torch - if you took it off. I have to say that though that I did feel it necessary to check the zero.

Something like this works well http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/One-Figure-of ... 20d7161f99
also available in 25mm/25mm depending on scope tube and torch body sizes. These mounts also have weaver bases on them so you can fit another torch/laser using the correct size weaver mount.
