Air rifle wanted

I am after a really cheap full power air rifle to deal with some magpies and rooks that for some reason seem to be spending more and more time in my garden , due to location of the lane running down the side of my house i would rather not use the rimfires and the shotguns are a no no due to the neighbours , condition is not important as long as it works ok , or even a moderated 410 would do as long as its cheap as it will only probably be used a few times a year
