I have a 5-15x40 AO for £100 if that's likely to be a fall back option.

Thank you. Need the 12.5" tube of the 3-9 but appreciate the offer. The 5-15 is an original Ultra?

It not an Ultra - just a standard AO.

Thanks Geoff. My first choice is the 3-9x40 for the shorter length. Could you PM me some pics etc when you get a chance and I can do some measurements.
