Hi gang, looking for a gen 3 US tubed PVS 14. Clean image . Please contact with what is out there and pics please of image etc.

Aren't Gen3 US tubes covered by ITAR and therefore not legally exportable from the USA?
In fact, I believe it's a Federal crime for a non US citizen to even look through a US Gen3 tubed image intensifier
