Wanted -- US AN/PVS-4 & related accessories

Hi
Trying to find a working AN/PVS-4 sight, ideally one with US markings than an Israeli or Turkish one, but anything considered.
Also looking for the hard case, soft case, user manual, etc. plus other miscellaneous accessories for the PVS-4
