One collar is longer than the other so the other may need replacing,

Both work as they should. So

2 collars both controlled from the same remote, separately or together, the have STRIKE, VIBRATE, LAMP ON AND FLASHING TOO.
1 duel remote, controls both at the same time or separately,
1 charger 3 pin plug type.

Sadly had it so long i cant find the book, but there are videos on line to show you how to set them up for use,

all hold charge well and have been used up until a few weeks back. had them a while but no longer needed,
