Hi Bud.
I needed some parts for my RCBS turret press. UK agents were useless. I spoke to them in the US and they sent me two of everything I wanted and FOC. It came within a week. No that’s customer care.
Give em a try.

To be fair I think I rang them first. They then said email what I wanted.
If you google rcbs.com theres a customer service contact page. If you mail them tell them no one in UK seems able to help and tell them what you need and ask how to pay I recon they will just send it. Having said that I doubt it will cost much anyway.
Give it a whirl.
