Either a Gen 3. VI or above tube..... (just the tube) that will fit my PVS-7 . Or...... A pvs-14 with aforementioned Gen 3. VI or above.
So in short im after either just a tube for a pvs-7 or a complete pvs-14 with tube. Look forward to hearing from you. OTHER types of Monoculars considered.
Thanks.
Andy.

Hi there, couple of brand new Photonis XR5 tubes on Ebay at the moment, great price too, for new tubes. Think one is around £1200 and the other is £1400. Anyway, hope this helps guys.

Thanks, but already got an XR5 in my Pvs-7. I just fancy a little more light amplication, as in rural areas it is a tad dull. Only gen 3 will do for me. But yes those XR5's look good for someone who wants a real good tube. Im looking at a gen 3 now from guy on this forum. Just waiting for some more pics.

Does anyone here know what tubes are fitted in Starlight Archer nv? My one has gone belly-up which I've not heard of before. Accordingly from Starlight my options are a new tube at £1k or a good used one which are as prevalent as the proverbial rocking-horse dung. Any ideas, comments, guidance or any useful input is very welcome.

Not wanting to high-jack this thread and this might be a bit off topic ??? but, I have a quality night vision unit that fits between the body of a Canon Camcorder and the Camcorder tele lense. Was told by someone when I was researching it after acquiring it that it might be a Photonis tubed unit. Name of make is Optex used by professional TV outdoor film units. Just looked now and tube is by Photonique which is the previous French arm of Photonis previously the Philips N V company
Thanks
