You could try Bushwear... I asked about a TX5-LR for my old faithful FX3 the other day using the on-line chat and he had a look straight away.

No joy though and I sent it back to Foxpro yesterday for repair as the keypad had failed and it was stuck in the sound transmit function..... they had offered to sell me a new one for $110 plus shipping so they must stock all handsets? The repair will be between $30 & $40 so it was a no-brainer... they wouldn't send me a new keypad so it I could just do it myself though :(

FoxPro were dead quick to answer emails too

Cheers

A correct grip on the butt & cheekweld is imperative for accurate shooting.

I emailed FoxPro to told me. The repair will be between $30 & $40 but when I said I was from England it would be $80 -$100 plus post. looked on bushwear site but no look will try ringing them in the morning Thanks for your reply. Pete.

I didn't mention the 'England' bit on my email but I did mention Bushwear (I left it to them to work out where bushwear are) ...... $80 - $100 :o feck that! Got the impression the person writing the emails didn't have much of a sense of humour though :eh: Sending the handset tracked/signed for cost me £11.75

We'll see.... foxpro were helpful in telling me how to upload calls before they got their app for macs up and running several years ago..

Cheers

Fizz just a heads up.
Don't want to depress you Fizz but "depending on how FoxPro label the return parcel " you will probably be stung for VAT and the Royal Mail rerouting charge of between £8.00 to £12.00 at the Birmingham Hub. Under a £15.00 value it is free to come back into the UK, and FoxPro cannot return as a "Gift of under the £36.00 rule because they are a business" You will probably need to prove that UK VAT has been paid previously on your FoxPro before it left the UK for repair to try for a VAT reclaim. Keep your tracking postage slip as proof that your FoxPro had been in the UK prior to it's return journey to you. It's a pile of paperwork and a nightmare ?
Good luck
Phil
P.S.
Should have also said Fizz that "If FoxPro detail the repair as costing more than $18.60 to $20.00 depending on the exchange rate you will get caught for the VAT duty and rerouting charge with Royal Mail on the parcels return journey anyway"

Thanks for the heads up Phil, good point  I'll ask them to specify customer repair or something on the declaration label.

Shot two dogs and two vixens coming in to the vixen domination and mating calls on the Foxpro Spitfire on Thursday night... another came halfway in but decided against it and legged it.

I think I nailed him last night..,..another big dog

But the Spitfire hasn't got the balls of the FX3 when it's as Sunday as it was last night......missing the FX3 already.

Fizz, the direct email contact details for the repair department of FoxPro in Lewistown PA is >>>
techsupport@gofoxpro.com

You will probably have hard time to get them to detail your return delivery as warrantee/guarantee work because it upsets their arrangements with Bushwear.

FOXPRO Inc.
High Performance Game Calls
14 Fox Hollow Drive
Lewistown, PA 17044

Thanks Phil, it was tech support I was emailing with, I'll be a bit p'eed off with them if they do start faffing about.....Bushwear didn't offer a repair and I did mention them in the emails to Foxpro and included copies of the emails with my covering letter.

According to the tracking the package arrived in Lewistown si it'll either go out for delivery today/tomorrow......I'm impressed I've been able to track it so far.

Missing the call......another 3 dogs into the vixen Dom/shagging calls last night on the Spitfire... That's 10 in 10days.

Cheers
