This is the second time he has raised what looks to be window shopping posts for a spotter and not replied to either - despite logging in since.
I think he might have meant a hand held monocular device but he only comes back for a look without giving more details of what he wants.

As said - you'd logged in and not replied, I tried to help by suggesting you might have wanted a monocular which is why you perhaps didn't reply but we can only guesss what you meant.
