I am planing to build some "day+nightvision" wearable smartglasses... so maybe I will use a sensor with IR filter also... for daytime.... dont know yet... or maybe only nightvison.... but it seems this "910HX Killer" is a colour sensor for astro ... so it will not have a ir filter... I guess... that would be nice.
I recently built such night glasses. This consists of a Night Eagle 2 Pro camera and Eachine EV100 FPV goggles.
With an ultra-fast lens, these goggles see well in the dark.

Heya Zulu5Oscar
looks quite interesting - are this "see-through" kind of glasses? Or are they like video-glasses with no "see-through"? Do you have experience yet how far you can look with these? With and without illuminator? It would be interesting how far this thing goes.... especially at longer distances also. What is the furthest you can see with it, maybe with a good illuminator?
I read a very nice text today about CMOS sensors... its older...
https://www.asmag.com/showpost/19626.aspx
there is a graphic showing that the Sony STARVIS sensors do have much higher sensitivity than their EX View HAD CCD II sensors - does anyone here know these? Find this also very interesting... dont know these STARVIS.... but it sounds like from "astro photography" ... star light sensors
EDIT:
maybe you can open a new thread about your DIY glasses in the DIY NV section? Would be interesting.
