Carl had one on the stand at the Shooting Show along with the 15 and the new 10.......that must have been last year?? From your pics above I don't remember the lens being that shape though.....more like a bigger version of the 15. He had no plans to bring them in unless there was a demand though if I remember right.
But you're right.....either way as rare as rocking horse poo.

So would it make a shot at 40 yards difficult being a 19x rather than the normal 10x, as i heard the 15x isnt really suited to short range stuff..?

Yes, the 19x is really for long distance shooting. It has a tight field of view.
The closest focusing point is 33 metres.
Although I have shot a fox closer than that. It's just not super clear. But you do see the strong eyeshine.
