It has a swivel ball internally that wraps around the torch body, you align the beam then nip it up on the Allen keys, it's not moving like the others do if knocked.
Unsure if a T74 would have the clearance though, how big do you want ! lol
I use a 50mm on mine, I reckon an xsearcher size might fit just.

That swivel ball mount, although great for alingning the illuminator, is not high enough to get clearance with a T74 mounted on a Drone.
You could use one or more weaver rail risers like these from ANT

That would do the job if you wanted to fit bigger size torches Bruce.
