Pete123:
My work in progress is here:
viewtopic.php?f=29&t=5307
Pic shows the E700 mounted in a day scope adapter and a T20 mounted on the scope.
Links to all suppliers and relevant forum threads are given.

Edit, if you aren't going to buy an aftermarket 16mm lens then ask Sure24 to swap the 12mm lens for a 16mm lens. You don't want the 3.6mm lens version, its a shorter housing which makes putting a replacement lens in a problem.

Marky or Ian will supply you with a T20 in either 850nm or 940nm - go the 850 unless you need to be completely covert. Rolaids was using the Pulsar 940nm, problem with 940nm is it requires 4 times the power to make the same range as the 850nm.

Some Bloke will supply a 501B - get the aspheric AHorton lens kit if you go through him, he's not linked in my build list, but has his wares as a signature pic in all his posts.

All three can supply a 940nm pill if required.

You will need 18650 batteries and a charger. for the torch Get protected batteries, less chance of overcharge/discharge causing fire or explosion. get a quality charger for the same reason.

Get your batteries and chargers through this guy, he is a known honest trader:

Thanks Radagast,

Looks like I'll go for the T-20. Seen Markys on eBay. Thanks for the info on the batteries, I may be a sparky but know little of these batteries so was a good read!

I too have the coz American but in .22lr and this is what the set up will be fitted for and hopefully increase my bunny bag :D

Pete

contact Marky direct and the T20 may be a bit cheaper than buying off the bay ;)

Hmmm......, separate accounts, burn all receipts, remove price tags...... plan b. lie till the cows come home.......use selective hearing. One or all of these methods works. Iv'e been field testing these for years, 98% effective, just the occasional glitch.

I normally go for the say nothing approach and wait for the moaning then I normally reply don't know what your talking about with a smile. Generally breaks the mood, either that or it may cost me some new boots in her direction.

She is lucky I have FAC air slot on my ticket for the past year that I have been debating filling with something expensive but hardly using the rimmy at the min so I'm gonna hold off upsetting her for a while .
