Quick thanks to Ian (Blackwood Outdoors) for the great deal (and buying option) on the Trail 2 XQ50. First foray into thermal and I'm not dissapointed!!
Picture quality last night, first out on a dry night, was exceptional.
A Relative has first dibbs on my Pard 008 LRF but it might be appearing on a forum near here soon!!

There brilliant Neil, look at comparison video background detail on YouTube out in the fields, I was out in 94% humidity the other night , safe background was still easily visible and very detailed, they will blow most away, regardless of other manufacturer claims of certain netD , go out on a poor night , drop it in Identify mode .. on good thermal nights run it in rocks mode ..

Big thanks to Ian (blackwood outdoors) for the great deal and service he gave me on a trail XQ50. Sighted it in on Monday and went out that night and shot a fox.
I thought my Helion xq38 was good but this is on another level, great piece of kit, i don't know why it took me so long to get one. R.I.P Archer.
