WANTED. Pilkington Kite Rail Mount

Looking for a one piece Picatinny rail mount for a Pilkington kite n/v unit. Quick release thumbwheel type preferred, made by ISTEC.

Sporting Services were advertising them but I could only find an AI version just now....
