In good will and diy spirit I ordered 10 laser Vcsel laser diodes directly from global Tyson company and I have paid them 5,6$ per piece plus 30$ shipping... So I paid 86$ (USD)for them...
I tried to build one Vcsel laser Illumintor and I used one laser diode for diy purpose but since I don't have suitable MCPCB and frankly speaking I don't have much time for DIY stuff anymore I just wish to sell them.
My price for 9 pcs is also 5,6$ per piece plus 5$ shipping via registered post to UK (very fast registered post usually in 3-4 working days or less).
Again 9 pcs of VCSEL 850 NM 700MW laser "diodes" for sale here at more than fair price...
Lucky person who will buy them needs to know diy stuff and additionally order proper MCPCB for them.
