Hi Chris,
I find the ret okay mate but it is fine. I know Clive Ward has recommended the Ward 800l with the S-Tac but it works great for me with the 800s. The illuminated dot on its lowest setting works with the Wardy too and isnt too bright so you can use that if you have any issues seeing things.
Hope this helps.

Hi Chris,
Not a problem mate. I am using a T20 which is converted into a Sunnranger with 4x50 Yukon lens and one of Clives new BlackSun2 ir pills. It gives me masses of range and power and the beam can be adjusted to tight spot or wide flood. I find it more than good enough for my needs. I have spotted fox out to 400yards with it.
There is info on the Sunnranger conversions in the Illumination section if your not up on them.
What sort of ranges are you hoping to shot over?

On full power with a tight spot beam and the S-tac on 12x i can get a great view out to those ranges. So should suit you spot on.
