tikka 595 in 243 mark 1 drone.
tikka T3 in 22.250 mark 2 drone
tikka 595 in 20 tac mark 2 drone

all fitted with Neil's STEEL MOUNTS anodised in black and you will not get a better mount, never lost POI when taken off then back on, in fact I stripped my 595 down to nuts and bolts, placed the drone back on where I thought it was last fitted...2 shots to adjust it back, :D

as for the question about a SAKO mount, it can be done but (Neil made one) but due to the shape of the rear mount on the sako action it forms a type of flat bottomed V this means that the mount is un-stable and will come loose after a short time.

SORRY NO MOUNTS FOR SAKO'S :(

so as long as you want it on a Tikka Neil's mount is the one you want, and if they where £200 each I would still buy the three I have no worries,

regards

Right,

Just to confirm I'm going to place the order soon with Neil!
He has told me he will start making them 3rd week in July.
I'm ordering 8 @ £180
Going to :-
Me x 2 (confirmed)
Fizz (confirmed)
Bruce x 2(Confirmed)
Kevgun (Confirmed)

Please can you all confirm this is correct before I place the order. As I don't want to be held responsible if anyone changes their mind. After all he making this batch (probably his last) just for us so don't want to mess him around.

Gudge, i confirm i want one so do i need to pm you or anything. I don't think you need to worry about the single mounting point it's more about being made of a rigid material, i treat mine with kidd gloves and each time i use it the zero is out, all the best scope mounts are made of steel not aluminium
