Hi Terry

You might want to read this first as it is talking about reliability/customer service.

Carl moore is a man of his word,,you can buy the 15x drone from carl with a lot of confidence,i had a 15x drone and its one hell of a piece of kit, no digital out there will touch it, and for a 15x mag its not unfriendly at all on close in shots

I posted on that thread regarding my Drone being damaged by falling of my car bonnet, really miss my drone and bought a FXD50 so I would always have a second string to my bow, this has not been as good a purchase as I thought it would be, I should have just bought another Drone with the backup that goes with it. deerwarden

I have just received my Drone Pro back from repair at Night Vision Gear, I had dropped it and sent it back for an estimate to see if it was worth repairing, or I needed to replace it. Received it back last Friday repaired at no cost!!!! Carl has given me exceptional service where others would not have been so helpful, all he asks is patience to allow him to step up to the mark, then he tells you exactly what is required, or in my case what he did to resolve the issue, he then sent it back to me. Top product, top company, but top guy to deal with. deerwarden

No one can complain at that type of service, repaired free of charge when it is your own fault it's damaged, excellent!
