I was gonna be out Foxing a couple of nights - but now - I'll just be on here & drinking Guinness

Went out Friday, 1 rabbit and 1 fox. Called it a night at that. Good call as it then persisted down after that. Looking at doing a late one tonight cos the weather is dry. Hurrah for bank holidays.

Another fox to the bag and 10 bunnys.

This is not funny. The bunnys are not coming out till after midnight and it is gone 3 am in the morning before I get home. I'm too old for this. Gonna have to try feeding some carrots out earlier to see if they will come out at a sensible time. . Its weird you get a nice spell and you think the bunnies would come out and catch the last rays. Mind you. The Myxie is affecting them this year and I think numbers are seriously down. Farmer will be happy at least but those 10 off were over a 10 hour period. Having to work hard to get them.

This weather is really pissing me off, only one of my problem fields (with one problem hedgerow) has been cut which has given me two nights sport in which time I've severely thinned the little sods (rabbits) so it's going to be a bit slow from now on until the combine gets out again, unfortunately this might be another week if the forecast is correct.

Well forcast seems good for Friday and saturday ish. Well they will change their mind tomorrow.

Stick with the HMR for the moment, think we have eradicated the chicken thiefs. For this week ar least.
