Hi from Suffolk

Post by SuffolkShooter » 30 Oct 2014, 10:17

Hello,

I currently have Yukon Photon 5x42 with doubler and find it reasonably ok out to 120-150 yds but am looking to see what else is out there and at reasonable price too to suit my shooting without the need for additional Scope buying.

Looking forward to reading the articles and picking the brains of others.

Hi SS - welcome to the forum.

Hmmm - 'without buying another scope' - not quite sure what you are after.

Does that mean you want to keep the Photon but get more range, bigger picture, better image?

Suffolk is a lovely place to live, I'm nearly in Suffolk. Within 200yards in fact. 40 years ago my village was in Suffolk but the border changed. Had a nice shoot in Kessingland for years but all gone now after the farmer died.
I too have a photon and a doubler, though for air rifle the doubler restricts the field of view too much for my liking.
Oh, and welcome to the forum.
