The switch on top of screen box on my Nite-Site went faulty last week, it went all graunchy and would operate when it liked. So a call to Nite-Site, the lovely lady explained that the fault would need me to return the faulty as its not the sort of fault that could be sorted over the phone.
So i packed it up along with the camera unit, because since new i have been unhappy with the focus i could achieve. I have spoken to Jake about this problem and he was up to meeting together if we were in the same area, but i thought it made more sense to send back to the factory.

Thank you to all at Nite-Site for the fast turn around as i had it back within three days. When i got it back the faulty switch had been replaced along with a replacement camera.

Great result all round then,must say i have yet to hear a bad story about there after sales :D
