hi everyone, so I've joined this forum from watching videos on youtube for e.g rolaidsbench with all his builds and some bloke(dave) with his vids. sorry if theres others but these are the only ones i can think of and remember.
so i went the add on route with a setup from holdover tv on youtube, many might have seen his videos he's called joe and i first seen his setup on ebay. not bad priced either but after getting in touch with him directly i managed to buy a setup and it was in the post the very same day, POW next day there it is at my door, so hats of to you joe. got it all set up on my gun and i was amazed, went out with it seeing bunnies in the dark and their eyes light up like diamonds was a different type of shooting all together. I'm still struggling with range but that will come with time.
So my next purchase or build is the infamous scope less build, it looks sleek sexy and so compact, i guess like the little black dress, looks awesome and shows style. I've been in touch with some bloke but as I'm a newbie he's a little conscious about selling to me with no posts or history, some bloke i totally understand, if your products are or were on ebay id be clicking buy it now RIGHT NOW so if you can help me out guys thats would be great.

I'm guessing that Dave's concern won't be down to anything other than the fact that he's dealt with people who have no experience at setting up nv and using ir illuminators. Then, although no fault of Dave's equipment, just the fact that the user is inexperienced in such matters, they send it back to Dave, using the 'it doesn't work' card and as it's distance selling, Dave has to refund. A costly game indeed, especially when you don't build such situations into your prices so that you can keep them down.

agree totally with you george. I don't want to brag but its common sense on how to set these things up and use them. In honesty if people are buying them off here they should be rocket scientist to such tech
I read his post with the mass of pictures (i like pictures) and contacted him for the tube and one of them vac formed boxes in an attempt to build my own scopeless setup. I just hope that once i have built my stats up he will have some left.

My mam told me never to trade with total strangers I have had a couple of learning experiences too shall we say.

Hi and welcome aboard fella.
scopeless is the way to go imo, it has many twist and turns on route but once you got all the right components together, you wont look back.
