Look at this, amazing i think.
If they could get a digital range finder incorporated into it rather than using the sidewheel focus then they would be onto a major winner.

Re: The Digital Sidewheel
Amazing bit of kit.
I wonder if it would work with mamba lite! They are not known for great range finding, at least my one is crap for range finding.

It looks like a fantastic piece of technology to fix a problem I didn't know I had
Land Rovers, who would be daft enough to own one?
Re: The Digital Sidewheel

I wonder how many people buy the new Nite-Site then come on here to find out how to make it better
.........bit like me then
Re: The Digital Sidewheel
I had a quick look at this and was impressed with the quality of the PCB and the general engineering. Not quite sure how it has to be calibrated to different scopes as the main function seems to be replacing the engraved marks on the sidewheel with a digital readout. The calculations for inclined shots will help a lot of people and the cant indicator should also be useful.
There are several other functions such as tracking movement of the rifle as you take the shot but it is probably only of much use to air rifle target shooters - with deep pockets if it does come out around the £450 they suggested. If it had a laser rangefinder built in.......?

Re: The Digital Sidewheel
I was looking for cant and incline indicator on screen display and that worked out around £200 so I gave up.
