Kippers.

Post by chas » 16 Jan 2014, 19:17

Kippers, I love em.
But.
How do you cook kippers without stinking the house out ?
Over a day later and I can still smell em, so can she as I'm continually reminded.

The BBQ or camping stove seems to be the best bet as I've been told kippers are now banned from the house.
The next problem will be two fold, a long wait and a garden full of cats.
Must find somewhere that serves up good kippers.

Pleased to say that I've eaten kippers up there, John. May make a pilgrimage to Arbroath one day  Do like a nice kipper.

I know they're a poor substitute, but the John West fellas in sunflower oil are very more-ish on toast :D
