I've got a cz17hmr with mtc 6x24-56, use cheap bullet cam and screen for a spoter at the moment. I tend to shot with my bother when foxing as he has a 243. Looking to go up to that when I renew my ticket

Arr - well you be needin a big boys IR for that 243 my 'ansom, but one that can be well dimmed or opened out for the spotter, or get a smaller one for spotting with is probably better, T-20 would be very good for the spotter. I know that's surprised a few members but a zoom is purfick for spotting with - zoom to suit your field of view. Being as you have some time on your hands before the big one why not buy one now for the spotter if it's urgent then potter around with a big build in your own time?

If you wants to buy one, Sikastag or Marky610 are the ones making biguns for sale - but there might be a few others knocking some even bigger ones out somewhere who don't advertise the fact. :D
