Not if last year was anything to go by.

They didn't cater for the number of people, they ran out of parking spaces early and kept letting people in to the point it was dangerous.

They had to lock one hall down due the number of people, it became a seriously dangerous and a fire risk.

What every you do, DONT TAKE YOUR DOG INSIDE it will get trampled on.

I left by 12 because it was impossible to get around.

To say it was shoddy organisation is an understatement.
Maybe they did get caught with there trousers down,
In no way did they expect the numbers that turned up.

On the Plus side there is some great sellers there.
If i was going again i would want a guarantee from Stoneleigh Park that they were actually going to cater for that volume of people attending.

I will wait and see if they sort it out this year and go next year, fingers crossed

Like all shooting shows get there really early to beat the traffic and grab the bargains on friday.
Stoneleigh Park dont have the roads to deal with the traffic.
It seems the same problem every time they put a large show on!

Me and my mate will be going, we thoroughly enjoyed the show last year even if it was proper rammed!

Haven't got any slots left on my FAC so maybe ill keep my eyes open for a shotgun. Going to get a steel gong from Buce Hatton Target Shop too.

Up to now, I'm going. Probably on the Saturday, stay over, and do a bit on the Sunday before returning home.

Looks like they're providing an extra entrance and a bigger car park.

I have ordered my ticket but haven't decided what day I will go up there yet. Or whether to go up one evening and stay in a hotel for a few beers and go to the show before or after.

I did get there first thing last year and did avoid the queues. I would agree that they were not expecting the volume of people and the weather being so bad meant that unless you had a 4x4 you had to park a long way out. Plenty of sunken cars when we came out.

I have to say I don't understand why people bring dogs to these events. There are always a lot of people and I am forever tripping over the dogs or treading on their toes. I can't imagine it is much fun for the dog.

I don't need anything but it gives me a good opportunity to have a look at all the things I can't afford. Mind you a nice shiny HMR in left hand with a few tricked bits could interest me. Mmmmmmmmmmmm

You don't need the show for that, Declan. Simply buy my HW66.

Well my ticket has turned up. I intend to get there first thing in the morning as it is a lot easier to get around before the crowds turn up. Makes it an awful lot easier.

But the wallet will be staying firmly at home. Famous last words.
