But isn't that based on 999 mins ? Which is 16.65 hours. 240 separate users over a 16 hour period.
Or have I understood this wrong?

If I'm right, It should be 15mins, then we will get an accurate number

Well Paul, you're right, but you're wrong

As it's not a fixed point in time, (ie; it's rolling) you have some drop out and some enter.

I know what you're saying about a fifteen minute window, but as we started with that amount of minutes (we don't know why, we just failed to alter it when we started) we're staying with it so that we have a direct comparison.

So, whatever the time window, we've still topped our previous best by twenty members, which was set in March this year.

The main figures are at the top of the page. We've more than doubled our hits for 2012 in it's entirety and it's only early November.

But now it would be silly to change as you wouldn't have data to compare.
