Do you not find the AA's enough? How often are you having to change them?

they don't last nowhere near as 3 months.i had it out for 4 days with new batteries taking 3 pics and video for 10 secs.it worked for 2 nights then didn't work next night but worked on 4th night.i know it didn't work the one night because I shot a fox that went passed it,then I walked past it twice and when I checked it in the morning it just said no image.i had it set on timer from 22.00-0700 so was not taking pics all night,so not impressed with battery life.and it is a genuine trail cam.

Just changed mine (only using four, not eight) after one month and they still had life left in them.
244 shots. I photo then 60 secs of video. I use Duracell rechargeables in it.

I was lucky if I took 12 pics.
