Hello everybody, I am new the forum, looking to learn about nightvision, I have a ns 200 at the minute but I find it very cumbersome when I am walking around so I would prefer to build one with a view finder, but not sure where to start so here I am.

Welcome, you've come to the right place, just spend a couple of days reading through some of the old posts and you'll have a good idea of where to go next! If you post details of what you want to do and how much you want to spend there will be someone to give you the right advice.

Thanks for the warm welcome lads, when you say add on is this a self contained unit that fits to the back of the scope?

" Vek " I like that

Well I would like to build some type of spotting scope vehicle based or handheld, which is best?

Also how do I go about getting out to 300 yds ( can't shoot that far yet, just like to see beyond )

All ideas would be grateful

vek, an addon is any device that you attach to a dayscope. be it tubed or digital

a digi addon with an eye piece rather than a screen we call an inline addon
